- Integration with Jordanian tax systems
Service availability may vary by subscription or account type.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the application in compliance with applicable laws
- Ensure lawful operation of your business activities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices and records generated through your account.
3. Subscription & Payments
Certain services may require paid subscriptions.
- Fees are billed according to selected plans
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
4. Compliance
Users must comply with:
- Jordanian tax regulations

FawtaraTechs is not liable for penalties arising from incorrect user-entered data.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of FawtaraTechs.
Users may not:

- Reverse engineer
- Resell
- Distribute the software without authorization
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee error-free or continuous availability.
We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
FawtaraTechs is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruptions
- Data loss due to user actions or third-party failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in unlawful conduct
- Abuse system resources
Users may discontinue use at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Disputes shall be resolved under Jordanian jurisdiction.
